Common Questions

Do I need any coding knowledge to use this? ▾

No. Install the plugin like any other WordPress plugin, configure settings via the admin panel, and add the [icm_dashboard] shortcode to a page. No coding required for day-to-day use.

Is PDF generation included? ▾

Yes — PDF generation is fully built in, but it requires the free DOMPDF library to be installed via Composer (composer install inside the plugin folder). If you cannot run Composer, the plugin generates an HTML certificate instead. Full instructions are shown inside the plugin’s System Status panel in WP Admin.

What WordPress and PHP versions are required? ▾

WordPress 5.8 or higher and PHP 7.4 or higher. The plugin is tested on the latest WordPress releases. MySQL 5.7+ or MariaDB 10.3+ is also required.

Can multiple inspectors use the plugin? ▾

Yes. Each WordPress user with the appropriate role can log in and use the frontend portal. Inspectors only see their own inspections by default. Admins and editors can view and manage all inspections. You can set daily and monthly creation limits per role in the settings.
