3. AI-Specific Disclaimer
Our AI systems generate outputs based on algorithms and data models. We do not guarantee:
- 100% accuracy or completeness
- Suitability for critical decision-making without human review
Users are responsible for validating AI-generated outputs before use.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, software, models, and materials are owned by CoreMindVision unless otherwise stated. Custom-developed solutions may be subject to separate agreements.
5. Payments and Billing
- All services are billed as per agreed proposals or contracts
- Payments must be made on time as specified
- Late payments may result in service suspension or termination
6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
For paid services:
- Uptime Commitment: 99% monthly uptime for hosted solutions (excluding scheduled maintenance)
- Support Response Time:
- Critical issues: within 24 hours
- Standard issues: within 48 hours
- Maintenance Windows: Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability
7. Refund Policy
- Payments for completed work or delivered milestones are non-refundable
- Subscription services (if applicable) are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started
- Refunds, if any, are issued at our sole discretion in exceptional cases
8. Limitation of Liability
CoreMindVision shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or business
- Decisions made based on AI outputs
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violation of these Terms or non-payment.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
11. Changes to Terms
